Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●      If a product is undamaged, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.    
     ●     The following products are eligible for a return within 14 days of the date of purchase: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Bekko Experience.   
     ●     If a product used through the Bekko Experience is not returned to Bekko Box, or its third party Partner, within 30 days of checkout that user will be charged a $29.99 service fee for each product not returned.   
     ●      In addition, should a product used through the Bekko Experience be returned in a damaged or broken state Bekko Box holds the right to charge the customer a $29.99 restocking fee should Bekko Box deem it viable.
